Oliver Wyman fish: any tips/guidance for Principal/Mgr level Fit and Case interviews?

Has anyone interviewed with the Google BizOps team? I have an interview for a principal position next week and was wondering if anyone had any insight into the types of cases questions they ask. TIA.

I have recently started a new role at a tech company. I was an IC at big-4 and took a role as a principal engineer at a mid-size Saas company. Since I interviewed there was a re-org and now I’m leading an organization of 50+ people. I love the company and was given an insane amount of equity. As an introvert, can anyone give me advice on how not to fail terribly at this as someone who have never managed people before and is socially inept

I had a friend refer me to a number of Amazon roles (mostly L6, but one L7 role). Interestingly, I’ve received an invite to interview from an Amazon recruiter for the L7 role w/ 7 years exp. The title is Senior Manager instead of Principal, and the role family is in FinOps if that helps. What’s a reasonable desired salary band for this type of role? I know L6 PM is $200k-300k, so is L7 300k+? The recruiter has this question in her first email, and I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot. TY!

If you interview with OW or Deloitte for a senior position, let’s say Sr Manager / Principal or Associate Partner, what does that process look like? Do you still have to go through the case grind or is it more about your client and team leadership and biz dev experience?

Trying to gauge the meaning of response from PPED round. Recruiter from Amazon reached out for a phone screen for a L7 role st Amazon - Principal Product Manager, Technical. I'm a first year M and have been in consulting mostly. I do have the technical expertise the role requires but no product management experience per se. Think L7 at Amazon for me is a reach. My concern is if I interview and fail, I will be barred from interviewing from another role for 6 to 12 months. Should I give it a shot or save my chance for something more realistic (e.g. L6)?
