Likely no, we don't really negotiate with our offers. We do have cost of living adjustments in certain markets (e.g. NY, SF), but princeton isn't one of them.
And the fact that you have student loans has 0 impact on what your comp will be. Bringing that up would hurt you more than anything.

Unless you're coming in as an experienced hire it's hard to negotiate especially for an entry level role. TBH that sounds like a fair offer.
If you NEED more money, you can try to ask for a bump but be prepared to decline and take the other offer.
It is around what I made as an AC, I was an lower end of pay scale, I’m trying to say that it’s a good offer , take it. The salary is great for Princeton. If the other firm is reputable and pays better take that, ZS is a good form but it’s not that special outside pharma plus BT track grows at a slower pace vs consulting, faster than operations
ZS3, an n of 1 doesn't mean there's a trend. I knew a 4.5yr BC consultant, still doesn't mean there's a trend.
