Has anyone interviewed with Microsoft for a Program Manager II role lately? If so any tips or advice, I have mine coming up this week!

Amazon comp questions - I’ve heard it’s typically lower in terms of Base. I’m in the interview process for a non- tech program manager role, and ideas on what I should expect here?

Recruiter shared post on-site feedback and she mentioned that she would like to do the team match and do 1-2 additional rounds of interviews because the feedbacks now are borderline and have a very low chance of HC. Interviewed as Technical Program Manager, is it possible to work with the recruiter to ditch the Technical round and aim for Program Manager to increase HC chance? Recruiter said that if I don't feel comfortable for the "technical" piece, then we can hold on sending packet to HC.

For the last 20 years, I’ve been in project/program manager roles. Most recently, I spent the last 12 years in a learning development role managing the development of sales and technology training. Also, facilitating and partnering with sales on the development of Hunter workshops and sales/Pre-sales new hire training. I’m looking to switch careers to being in sales as an account manager / sales development rep. Advice on how to get interviews in this new dream role?

How are amzn technical program manager roles viewed?

Interviewing and the pay is essentially the same ($250K) as consulting but I like the idea of getting deeper into tech and getting out of consulting.

How high does L6 range typically go for Sr Program Manager roles? I am currently at ~250k TC and the position they were interviewing me for hand a max range of 200k TC. Is >300k TC possible?

What’s a good source to prepare for Amazon interview first phone screen with the hiring manager ? Program manager role

Does anyone know if comp at Uber is negotiable? Had interview for a Program Manager role and was given a tight range by the recruiter.

I interviewed for an L6 Sr program manager role and was offered an L5 program manager position at amazon. I have 5 YEO and a masters. I saw the L5 role only asks for 2 YEO. TC for the L5 is slightly more than I make now. Would accepting this be a good long term move? Would I be taking a step backwards?

Interviewed for an L6 Sr. Program Manager Position at Amazon ($175TC) and didnt get it. I was asked if I would be interested in an L5 Program Manager role ($130TC). Im not sure if I should take it, or hold out for something better.....I’m currently a consultant at a boutique firm making $100k TC. I have 5YOE and a masters. It would be nice to make an exit from consulting, but I don’t want to settle if I can find better.

After unsuccessful last few months (and numerous applications), this is one real opportunity. How should I best prepare for the interviews? I really don't get Amazon's program manager structure. I thought program manager is L6 and sr. program manager is L7. However after my interview toda, I learned it is for a Sr. Program manager L6 role. Wtf. Not sure what to ask for base, sign on, RSUs. Please help

I see all this Program Manager roles in big tech, and have applied to a couple of them at Amazon but haven't received any traction. Any folks here who were successful by applying directly on the website? Or is the only way in via a referral.
