I work for Altman and I don't think EYP is a no Brainer as you suggest. There are benefits to working for a smaller high growth firm than the strategy arm of a Big 4 - I made the transition from such a firm in coming here. AS also has great exits, less political promotion process, and the opportunity to specialize in TMT. If you have a strong interest in the industry I think we're a pretty compelling option
Also our comp as you progress is more attractive

Just fyi, if your move never worked on CDD before it's a brutal WLB.
Worked for a smaller CDD shop for smaller deals and PE firms and it was virtual >65-70hra
I like the work I do but unsure of whether I want to choose to align to TMT DD Consulting or M&A Consulting.
Exit Ops I’d prefer is into Tech so leaning closer to Altman but EYP comp + brand name seems like a no brainer.
Appreciate any additional data points to think over!
Our tech positioning is rapidly growing. We're basically in the first tier with investor clients on tech diligences though not quite there with corporate clients.
I thought SA at EYP is 120 base, is it adjusted for experienced hire?
