I'm interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at
Amazon. I'm working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I'm thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help?

No bonuses unless you're in cyber or commercial. If memory serves, average raise is around 10%, though that can increase if coupled with a MSA.
Average raise is actually around 3%. It can be 5% for great performers. I didn't even get 10% raise for my promo from SC to A and I am not near the top of the pay band.

Is SC the same as a lead technologist?
SC (L2) would be a Staff Technologist. Lead Technologist would be an Associate (L3)
Were these numbers before COVID? I was told average last year was 3%.

Oops, I misread the OP as asking for the promo raise, not a non-promo raise. 3-5% sounds right for a non-promo raise.
3% to 10%
Raises can be between 2-5%, but generally 3-4%.
3% was the agreement I had for all my personnel and their CMs. There were some outliers but that was the median; 20 people with maybe 3 deserving more. That’s presuming the contract allows. Will easily be less throughout; like 2%. Good luck.
