What % salary hike did you get when moving from a junior copywriter position to a copywriter? (With 2 year exp in junior cw role)

Anyone who has made the move from the US to UK member firm - thoughts? Was it worth it?

I know this gets posted a lot in here but I am struggling to make financial sense of my offer I received. I know UK salary market is much lower, but I also don’t want to be suddenly strapped for money when I am comfortable in the US. Obviously my want to move to the UK can/probably will outweigh this concern but I would appreciate any weigh in.
