Uber recruiter reached out to me about a Strategy Ops Manager role. They asked me my compensation requirement and stated the base is 90k, which is less than what I’m currently making at a lower level. Are they lowballing me? Should I continue with the interviewing anyways and try to negotiate in later stages?
Hi Microsoft fishers, I want to get your perspective on whether or not this is a good offer for a program manager role L63 with 10 YOE. 180K base, 28K/yr rsu, 25K bonus, 25K sign on?
Currently an HR/People Analytics manager supporting with people analytics and hr program development and strategy, and have 2 offers and feeling quite uncertain. 1 is in industry as an HR analytics manager supporting with talent strategy and the other is in consulting (HR transformation) at PwC. Anyone have any thoughts on someone that only has industry experience pivoting into consulting? What can I expect? Also comp is slightly higher for industry role but no bonuses compared to the pwc offer
