Companies that claim ‘fully remote’ sometimes don’t include those luxuries for security teams. What companies are full international remote? Also , can you work and live abroad with active secret security clearance?

Do you all feel remote jobs are easy to get? I have been actively applying to roles for several months, and I do the hard work of custom adding SEO keywords for each role I apply to, into my resume. But I rarely get a response back. I’ve got 15 years experience, so I’m more than qualified for some of the roles that I’ve applied to. What are some awesome tips you can share for standing out and getting to the top of the pile?

Should I take a remote high-paying job doing the exact same thing or try something else for half the money?

I was recently laid off from a reporting job i had gotten tired of. I got a $18 / hr offer from a US company. This is terrible for US standards but double what I'd make at another company I'm interviewing for (also mostly remote work) in my home country (Greece). For the US company I would do production line-style work, but the job at the Greek company excites me and I think I'd learn.

Im getting 12 LPA in my hometown Chennai WFH. Now if i do a job switch and relocate to Banglore, what package will be a good deal, considering the additional rental and food expense.

What do you guys think about firms who use remote/online IT tech companies for their it needs versus having IT staff inhouse. I once worked for a small CPA which laid off it's small IT staff in favor of an outsourced remote/online IT solution. That tax season, the network crashed several times and it was awful. After tax season, the firm rehired the same group of people it had fired and halted it's remote IT help.
