I’m having so much anxiety about my company Christmas party. My arrangement when my boss when I was hired was that I could WFH everyday. Most of the associates in my office are under 30 and go in everyday. Im a new mom so WFH everyday works great for my family and I. How do I deal with the comments at the Christmas party that will be like “good to finally see you” or anything sarcastic that involves remote work?

Going from totally 100% remote to 100% back in the office has been extremely exhausting for me to say the least :(

How much are Mortgage Consultants, AVP level making? Husband is at Morgan Stanley and his base is $85k, with 11 years old experience. Took the job so he could work from home and took a pay cut coming from JPM and I think he's grossly underpaid. Anyone have any insight?

Guys, I need your help to sort out this ambiguity. Recently I received an offer of 19L(F) + 3L(V) from company. But the company is having a very very bad WLB that is what I heard and it is a hybrid model I need to relocate from my current hometown. My current company pays me 14L and it is WFH until further notice. The WLB is good and I have good/high dependency on me but recently they laid off people who are on bench. Please let me know what should I do?

Has anyone been tasked with creating a personalized drop kit? I work at a small agency and we have plans to do a lot of remote shooting with people across the US. Rather than the expense of renting kits constantly, my agency wants to invest in creating a couple drop-kits and mailing them to our talent.
