Newly promoted Snr Auditor (~90k) getting leads from recruiters for Internal Audit / GL Accountant / Revenue Specialist / Mgmt Consulting. Compensation appears comparable (~100k) but the consulting position bonus can go upwards of 40% supposedly. Mostly looking to leave for better WLB.

Wondering which offers best career advancement and exit opps a couple yrs down the road. Currently mostly remote but these positions would be hybrid (3 days in office). Thanks

I have experience in the film industry as VFX PA on a Sony Pictures film. What's your yard stick to make sure you don't come across too casual in a professional setting? In conversations, especially in office parties, networking chats, team building etc.

I seem to have lost touch with this due to covid and extended remote working.. I'm very guarded now and when I do make friendly comments, I immediately overanalyze and regret it. Happened recently with a partner.

I have an offer from another company which is roughly $24k more than what I am currently making. Would it be worth sacrificing my remote position and switch to a hybrid role? 2. Pepsico - 29.5 lpa with 26.5 fixed and remaining amount as variable pay.
Technology - Azure cloud and hybrid working

Considering recession job security, technology and pay which one should I choose?

At my organization we don't have Bereavement leave policy and my manager isn't allowing me to take more than 2 leaves out of the paid ones, as my grandma passed away, nor she is allowing me to WFH.

I want to understand if she can do this on behalf of an organisation?

Ps: she's talking her planned leaves around the same time that's why she is not allowing me to take mine (as mine are not planned)

Foraysoft, hyderabad - 28 lpa fixed. Client is wayfair. Wfh.

There are some bad reviews in google for foraysoft.
