Any books or articles on how to retrain the mind to not put so much importance on work? No one is pinging or pressuring me but I’m the girl that always finds more things to do at the end of the day and before I know it I’ve worked a 12 hour day.

Dyson airwrap vs. supersonic (cost aside)? Will mainly be used to dry + straighten and style. I have fine hair. I feel like the styler is an enhanced (but admittedly less powerful) version of the dryer- is my understanding correct or do I have more to lose by getting the airwrap?

Is anyone else seeing their holiday and PTO wages being taxed by the state they're based out of (IL) even if you are a nonresident of that state? I've only worked in my base location 1 day this year. I would expect that I didn't meet the 30 working day threshold to be taxed on any wages, but HR is claiming those paycodes are taxable because of my base location.
