I followed up with one recruiter last week who said she had no updates. Does their process really take this long or should I assume I’ve been rejected? I can’t recall any other company that has had me wait this long to see if I’ll progress to an interview with the hiring team…

Curious about exit opportunities and want to change linkedin to "open to opportunities" for recruiters; will my employer find out? Should I be concerned?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review.
