I followed up with one recruiter last week who said she had no updates. Does their process really take this long or should I assume I’ve been rejected? How long a fresher required to be in the position of becoming a team leader or equivalent to that position, just want to know because here in Citi one need to spend at least 4-5 years in order to become a team leader.(considering his work and performance is among the top 3 every quarter)

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ?
