Humana, Inc I have completed two text interviews for positions which I am very qualified for with Humana. It’s been two weeks and my applications are still “in review”. I followed up with one recruiter last week who said she had no updates. Does their process really take this long or should I assume I’ve been rejected? I can’t recall any other company that has had me wait this long to see if I’ll progress to an interview with the hiring team…

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. Student loans question: my sister has $100K in loans. She has $15-20K sitting in her bank account. The question that I’d like your guys’ input on is whether she should reduce her principal (and thereby total interest payments) by paying down debt lump sum ASAP or is she better off chipping away where certain months she adds on $500-$1000 to her fixed payment? She wants the flexibility of having a rainy day fund but also wants to payoff debt ASAP. Any guidance would be appreciated!
