I have one week to decide between joining Chubb Fire & Security (APi group Bangalore) or Takeda

Total CTC is same but Takeda is offering 2lakhs less on the base pay

For me work culture, work life balance/work pressure and job security is more important
Which company to choose?
Any suggestions/advice will be very helpful

When beginning a piece of literature, I first help the kids access the relevant culture. I have used web quests, but I have found that the kids researching their choice of topics and creating Slides containing information and pics results in more students participating. Currently working in-house for a large bio pharma - like the company and most of the people, but the work is really getting monotonous and I just leaned through the grapevine that I am making significantly less money ($15k to $30k) than others in the same level/grade as me. Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.
