Recently joined a project that’s been in flight for long time. Onboarding hasn’t been great, not sure who my Point of contact is, where we are in the process (since they started such a long time ago and the SoW is outdated by at least 2 years), what the objectives are for this phase of work. Manager sort of just says things that suggests I should know, which deters me from asking Qs. They recently came across as a bit annoyed when I’d ask a few Qs.
