Run 3 miles a day between now and then + eat no grains = drop 3lbs easy.
I drank heavily this weekend, weighed 6 pounds more Sunday morning than I do right now. It's mostly water weight. Keep a decent diet and you'll be looking great next week...until you drink yourself bloated again lol
Drink a glass of mineral water. You will grow a good sized tail
My plan so far is no alcohol, gym every evening, and lots of water. Giving myself today through Thursday to get my shit together before I start searching for the most Khloe Kardashian one piece I can find.
