I recently passed the bar and need a writing sample to submit to potential employers. I went to law school a few years ago so I don’t think I should use something from law school. I have been working but everything I’ve written at my job was from a template. I think I need to write a new paper to submit but I don’t know where to start. Maybe a PT prompt from the bar exam?

The more I'm doing background checks / diligence I'm really surprised at how unsophisticated they are... Basically do a Lexis search for court records and if you want FOIA requests to state/ government agencies.
