How do you communicate with employees who don't want to wear masks? Unbelievable to me people still have issues grasping this need.
Being a Customer Success Manager is a second career for me. Any other CSM’s here and have you read any books or been to a workshop or conference that helped you be better at your job?
Anybody ever look into “Monday.com” to organize the operation of a management team for a sales organization? Is it impactful?
How do you review resumes in a way that reduces implicit bias? I just finished reading the book, "Biased," which discusses the implicit biases we all hold. Our company has not invested in an ATS software, and we’re looking to create a scoring rubric / database in excel based on the job description and candidates. What are ways to ensure the resume review process controls for bias and is still efficient / expedient?
I'm an Ops Manager and we have about 150 employees. I'm being forced to create an "Outdoor Office." Has anyone else dealt with this sort of initiative? Is it just me or is this a bad idea?
Living in SF but remote until September (earliest). Rent is too high + apartment too small to justify staying for 3+ months. Playing with the idea to leave (temp or perm). Are people doing the same?
I posted a question a week or so ago about how to read 10-K's. Today, I found a sales summit that is coming up that has a presentation on this topic. I posted the link below if yall want to check it out. https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/sales-success-summit
Has anyone had to deal with employee professionalism issues due to mishaps on Zoom / remote work culture?
I know titles are an issue in all industries... but can anyone help me understand the difference between the functions of HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, and HR Assistant?
Any advice would be helpful. Recently started at a tech consultancy and am building up the HR function. Thanks!

California CPA exam - if I only received an NTS initially for two exams, to get the NTS for the last two, do I need to reapply to the CBA and mail in the $50 reapplication fee?

Old guys suing PwC because of millennial hiring bias. That sounds like a millennial lawsuit to me.
Experienced senior, eligible for Manager promotion this year. Overall, each day I feel more over being an auditor. Waiting it out until Manager, then deciding my next move. Thoughts? Continued below.
Can writing a really concise thank you note after an interview offend the interviewer? I briefly summarized what we talked about in about two sentences. People are busy and no one really wants to read

Just found out I'm pregnant while on vacation and spent the last few days drinking a lot. It was somewhat unexpected and I didn't think anything of it until my period was a week late. Should I be concerned I screwed this baby up?
Working with someone that is about to go off COBRA. Not an expert with health insurance but like to be more involved. Do most of you provide advice in this area or do you point them in the direction?
Just a vent and observation. Not all of law is like this, but law is so full of upperclass white people who are so out of touch with the realities of living in poverty it makes me disgusted to the point I wish I never pursued it. Many of the users here remind me of those memes about “make coffee from home and you’ll be rich” or “McDonalds budget sheet with no heating and $20 health insurance.” It’s so discouraging. Anyone feel the same? How do you get by without losing your mind?
