Does the word “inclusion” do more harm than good? What if the panel we simply said “Diversity & Equity”? Hi All. I have a good job offer but I'm wondering whether I should negotiate comp. I made it clear from the beginning what my target for base comp was which is ~$10K over the top of the posted salary range for the job. I also said that I was comfortable proceeding with the interview process despite the top of that range being lower (somewhat weakening my position for later I suppose). The offer is at the very top of the range. Bonus is 5% less than what I get in my current job. Negotiate?

1) will Deloitte usi provide early release or ask me to complete full 2 months of notice period?
