Software Sales: How long did it take back then to close your first deal?

Not law quite law related but I could use some input: anyone have any luck negotiating lease pricing with a corporate landlord? I originally signed and got covid pricing and now they want to hit me with a 17% increase bc of inflation 🙃

Anyone do employment contract law in Florida? My girlfriend urgently needs a consult on on enforceability / potential damages for breach of a clause in her employment agreement that requires her to give 30 days notice.
Main question regarding damages is whether company could tax her the cost of replacing her with an hourly consultant since she would be leaving during a critical business time (corporate tax filing season).

Coming up on one full year at an ID firm. Feeling overwhelmed with my experience so far. I’ve received minimal training/feedback unless it was on something I messed up. It feels like the expectations don’t align with my level of experience. I have a case load of 45-55 with very little oversight or involvement from partners. Turnover is extremely high, as I’m the second longest tenured associate in the office. Looking for some guidance on whether this is the norm or not. Compensation is low 80’s.

Does anyone work in Dubai or Singapore who can give me an idea what you get paid? Thinking of making the move from Norway. Lower/no personal income tax is the incentive - paying 47% 😭

While selling something I believe in, I've always focused on the value to justify the price & leave a little room to negotiate.

If I personally believe in a terrific, purposeful value packed product that commands a certain price- I would make sure it gets reflected the way you position, pitch and solves a crucial pain point like no other.

I work in finance and at this point I’m expected to handle closing documents, manage first years, draft some portions of major docs, etc. I feel like I’m always frazzled, constantly second guessing if I handled something correctly and anxious to answer calls from clients/OC.
