What job title would you use for someone who is responsible for assessing current skills gaps in the enterprise, leveraging talent marketplace and AI to identify the current skills of the workforce, and support strategic initiatives surrounding talent planning/forecasting? Something that wouldn’t include Talent Management or Workforce Planning in the title.

Anyone working from home in sales and making over $300K with less than 7 years sales experience? I am working in pharma hounding pharmacies for a secondary for 1.5 years barely pulling $70K, I did 2 years recruiting prior and 4 years in automotive sales before but haven’t been able to break $70Kish despite being a high producer

Anxiety before your sales demos?

Do these 2 things I used to do to get over it:

1. Know the product inside out - it will take time for you to gain confidence in your sales abilities but if you know the product will you’ll be more confident in that domain.

2. Do more demos - the more calls and presentations you do the more comfortable you’ll get. My advice is to try to get on a lot of presentations, even with leads that aren’t so good.

What is up lately with all these industry recruiters reached out think they can hire a manager from big four to run their M&A team starting from target ID to DD to integration with 150k base and tell me that’s the insight people give them? You can’t even hire our SC at this market with that price tag. They are all sizable 1-10B companies!

Housing/rent q— In a 3 bedroom with two roommates in Brooklyn and for 8 months of our lease we’ve dealt with mice issues. Our old managment company was so bad at responding to our requests/inefficient, so we took to buying traps ourselves. The problem would go away, and then we’d find another mouse. Managment recently changed in February and thy’ve been much more responsive but we’ve caught 10 mice at this point. Asked for one month of rent free, but LL only offered $500. Should we keep pushing?
