Those of you that interviewed at aws sales, did your interviewers go through specific bullet points on your resume?
I understand its lp focused, im just curious if ppl used examples outside of their resume for majority of their stories.

Did they ask you specifics of your resume bullet points?

Anyone finding it harder getting managed money biz? If so, what changes or adjustments have you made in prospecting or sales approach? Thanks.

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.

Just curious where you guys draw the line with clients. There's got to be a level of worth / hassle you're just not willing to take, right?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I am trying to move to Houston but I don’t want to move until I am confident I can obtain a position in the city before packing up and leaving.

Would anyone consider their senior colleagues to be their genuine friends?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Seems like geothermal energy is quite literally an untapped resource and I wonder why we haven't invested more in researching its potential
