I just got an SC offer from EY for $100k, no signing bonus. Does that seem reasonable? Do they negotiate vacation days/signing bonus?

How does one get time on the bench. Been here for 4 years and have yet to be on the bench. How can a guy get some paid vacation time to do nothing at EY.

For those who have joined EY recently, how long did the RAI background check take? Looking to take some time off and be able to give 2 weeks notice as well.

Is 3months heads up enough time to inform the team/firm that I will utilizing my paternal leave?

Is unlimited PTO that bad? I talked to some friends in EY and all of them said it's not a huge issue. Can't you use it for two months and travel abroad in non-busy season?
