Hey y’all, is it safe to say that if I haven’t heard back from EY recruiters after 2 weeks that an interview won’t be set up?

Originally spoke to recruiters before the holiday break regarding comp and resume. Followed up with recruiters before the break and they mentioned they needed PM approval on comp.

Haven’t heard back ever since. Should I reach out or just assume it’s over?

Has anyone been able to switch (to industry ) on H1 visa? I am getting a lot of interest from recruiters but am not able to get past the initial screening because of visa.

How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.

Currently a big 4 consultant and got an offer from FAANG for a strategy and ops role that would bring my total comp up 60%. I’m really grateful for the offer and really excited, however, I am also interviewing with MBB. It has always been a goal of mine to work for tier 1 strategy firm as I’ve always felt on the outside looking in at big4. I feel like most exit ops from strategy would be S&O industry roles but still can’t get these MBB firms out of my mind. Am I just overthinking this?
