I don’t feel stressed by unlimited PTO and I’ve had more than two weeks off in aggregate since 1/1. I do not feel guilty and my utilization is calculated the same way.
I’m leaving soon for grad school and about to test the limits of this unlimited PTO
Why do you feel guilty??
I’ve got 8 weeks of time off scheduled (booked) including holidays and I’m loving it

Don't overthink it, the firm will let you know. Anything over 3 weeks of vacation at a time needs special approval . The talent consultant wasn't sure but he said that if bet vacation exceeds 5 weeks, there is a special approval process.
Wow 8 week ? Wouldn’t it impact your utilization ?
