Work hours change scenario: 8hours/day for 4 days per week or 6hours/day for 5 days?

Recently got back from a trip to SE Asia. My main takeaway: I noticed so many people - with so little - still so happy. What do they know that we don't?

I don't get the point of getting an MBA. I feel like there's nothing b-school can teach you that you can't teach yourself... and networking is feasible without the help of an overpriced university.

I need an opinion, which field is better in terms of compensation and work/ life balance , a sales producer or adjuster ??

Looking for some UGC gigs. I can do unboxing and demos. Rates start at $100 for a video, and $20 per photo. which is significantly lower than others in the market. Just trying to get more content creation under my belt. I specialize in social media as a director in a marketing agency, so I know what will perform. I’m 27Y and work in tech. Unfortunately my carpal tunnel is getting worst slowly. I’m worry that I still have like 45 years more to be retired and can’t stop working because I have a f* mortgage to pay 😭 I have a super ergonomic workstation, but I know my hand needs a long rest, and I can’t do it… Does anyone relate?
