Is this the maximum salary for 6B band and what us the growth driven profit sharing (GDP) bonus scheme?

Does everyone get GDP related bonus and what is the average amount?

I am looking for jobs for a long time. All the offers i get is either entry level or not so lucrative in salary. Is it because of my experience in executive search firm.
