Hello! Anyone have any experience with ADP WorkforceNow? We were about to sign with Paycom, and move away from ADP, (who only does our payroll right now, no other services), but it seems WFN has come a long way in the last year or so. Can anyone offer feedback? Appreciate it!

Stay or go ?

I'm at an early stage tech start up and gaining experience in an industry that I like. However, I am getting no formal training or sales coaching. Everything I've done so far (Inc. Targeted marketing and prospecting) has been self taught and I feel like I am lacking professional knowledge if I was to move onto a different company, especially considering that I am not involved in the full sales cycle.

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? General Question I started tuition reimbursement last year in August. I since have an interview with another job that is paying a lot more. You know how you apply to something not really thinking that job would call back? Should I get an offer, what do I do about tuition Reimbursement? Do they send a check and tell me to pay it? Do they take it out of my 401k? I know a lot of people will say I never shouldve applied but I didn't think too much about actually get a call back when I applied.

Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?

What is a non offensive salary base to ask for when working in Point of Sale sales? What’s the trend like? I’m in Houston Texas

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?
