Does anyone have the 2020 SHRM books for sale or to borrow? My job won’t contribute towards my certification. I’ve already paid for my test. I have the books from 2015 but I’d like to study from the 2020. I tried finding them online to purchase but sellers of affordable books aren’t responding.

Has anyone ever worked out of a co-working space? Did you like it / did you get any social interaction out of it? I’m in a 100% remote role & the isolation is driving me crazy. (My team does everything via email or IM - phone & video calls are super rare) I’ve been considering working from a co-working space 1-2 days a week, but it’s so expensive I’d like to get some first-hand reviews first. Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

Salary cut 20% first week the virus broke out, no bonuses this year, and it’s unlikely that we will get that 20% back. Good thing this was my first year and I earned all of 3 months of my salary. 😑
