Ha, in reference to the earlier post.
Advice- My team were all given a raise in March except me. I brought it up to my manager who recently started. First reaction was I am still new and a raise wasn’t warranted. I told him 2 other recruiters on my team started when I did. He said he would need to look into it. Today he told me 3 of my HM’s don’t feel supported (despite having the 2nd most hires) and I could either resign or go on a PIP. I’m the only minority on my team have double the req load and supporting the most dept.
I am in the process of finishing up my MBA but considering also getting my SPHR or PHR cert. Is it even worth it or a waste of time and money?

Any tips for career progression for a tech recruiter? I have 2 years of experience working for a recruitment agency for capital markets + some account management. Thinking of internal recruiter roles at startups or customer success management. Live in NYC but really want to relocate to a smaller city. Any tips from recruiters or CSMs?
Hello all, so I currently am 24M working at tmobile. I just found out my store is closing at the end of this month. They're offering to transfer me but simply put I know for a fact I won't see as much traffic coming into the store so less potential for sales. I'm looking to find a good job to transition too. I do have my life and health insurance license but I didn't like what I did before. Any suggestions on good sales jobs or what to look into? I'd appreciate the help, thanks!
Does anyone have experience using Divvy cards for business expenses when traveling? My company just started using them and will be using them for the first time at a conference coming up.
Every company wants good employees until the employees challenge you to become better management!
I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.
I connected with a partner at a commercial real estate company about my career pivot & this company having a potential position for me. I’ll be meeting this partner in person for the first time in a few days. I wana make a good impression yet I’m nervous since I just got rejected after a formal interview. What are some good questions I should ask when meeting people in high positions like this? I wana take advantage of this connection to get the job I’m dreaming of

Did the payroll tax laws change based on all the people working remotely?
Example: Does payroll have to account for different work locations when there is a hybrid work and the person works in a different state from their home location(where they will be remote) and tax the employees for both locations?
Currently an HRBP who got back from Mat leave April 2022. Came back to a new manager who I know from before Mat leave. While I was away, another hrbp was hired so now theres three hrbps in the business group I support. My manager is having a hard time developing me and her focus is on the new hrbp and doesn’t always involve me in things. Sends me things here and there if she doesn’t want to bug the other hrbp with easier things so I’m feeling left out. If i rely on her for my development…
Has anyone heard about a position with Accenture called “Inside Sales Opportunity Rep”? I have an interview for this position and would love to know more about it! Accenture
I have a ton of exhibit design experience (mostly museums, very interactive) and shifted this year to experiential design but laid off without cause after 6 months. Loved the work (and company) but am having a hard time getting another position in XM. My industry experience is short but activations I designed are deployed now. Positions I am finding are more 3D rendering production (I’m good but not expert) whereas I am more about concepts, pitches, design, oversight, copy. Advice, leads?

My post-MBA start date just got delayed from August to October, so it looks like I’m gonna have a lot of time on my hands this summer/fall.
I’d love to make this time as productive as possible, does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking about taking on a part-time gig or taking some Coursera classes.
Hey everyone :) What is the base salary for an office manager in Boston or any other place? I'm doing so much but getting so little for the work that I'm putting effort into, so I want to check that I'm not “stupid” for not asking for more.
A little about my work- the first time in the tech industry, we are located at wework, so there is not a lot to do as an office manager. I'm mostly doing the operation for our north American employees like gifting/events/platform implantation/IT etc.
Genuine question. How do you feel about a looming recession? What are you ways to prepare for it? What are you telling your teams?
