Our review is currently tied to our end of year bonuses and merit increases, so not sure I could get rid of it entirely. This would be for hourly and management employees, all working on-site.

Biglaw mid/senior levels who work in large teams on big deals (corporate side, specifically asset management/funds): what are your daily/weekly hours like? At my current job, it’s just me + one partner on virtually everything. I’m working 14-16 hours a day consistently and have taken only a handful of weekend days off in the past six months. I can’t help but think that being on an actual team would necessarily be better, but I wonder if it’ll just be another form of servitude.
