So I’ve always had a rough time trying to find what role titles I would be a good fit to apply to given that my career growth has been so peculiar (HR assistant at hotel, Operations Manager at hotel, seller support at Amazon, customer experience coordinator at an IT company, talent acquisition specialist at a health org)
In those roles I normally took more in my plate than the typical role requires (hr functions, data analysis, etc)
With 6-7 years if exp what role should I look?

Currently helping to sell in a “break up” idea (it’s time to break up with your old [product/service] and to see what else is out there) for what feels like the 5th or 6th time in my career.
It’s not a bad idea, just feels very overused.
What are the most overused idea structures you’ve seen in your career?

Any strategies or resources you could recommend for getting rid of the dreaded annual performance review (or at least lessening the dread) and creating a more effective year round performance feedback system? Our review is currently tied to our end of year bonuses and merit increases, so not sure I could get rid of it entirely. This would be for hourly and management employees, all working on-site.
Hi! I have an interview tomorrow for an Associate, sales position @ KPMG- any advice other than to be prepared to talk about my technical sales experience? Also what is the salary range for a position like this? Thank you!
I know this has been discussed but can’t find exactly what I’m after... How much is too much money to negotiate? Negotiate for more money and more PTO or just one. Both are low, especially the PTO
What do you do on the rare occasion when you have virtually no work?
Summer was busy with lots of long days and a handful of weekends. But I’ve had essentially zero to do all week.
Part of me feels guilty but then again I don’t because I don’t think my agency feels guilty for the long days/weekends.
On the other hand, we just had a round of layoffs so who knows if there are more coming down the pipeline.
I always have to go back and audit my commission pay because it’s never correct. A year ago when I found out that I could actually do that, I was a little bummed I’ve been missing out on that for months . My manager said “well it’s your paycheck”. My first sales job I never had to do worry about getting paid correctly. I’d like to think that companies take responsibility for paying their employees accurately and fairly. Is this a common thing in sales or was I just spoiled that first job?
Anyone ever run a brand tracker with Kantar or Ipsos? Any insight into what the cost for that looks like would be much appreciated
I’m feeling so incredibly undervalued at my job. I’m coming up on a year here and am somehow being trusted less/given less opportunities than when I began. I’ve done a lot of self examining and I can’t for the life of me figure out what I could have done to spark this, and when I’ve tried to advocate for myself and talk to management they placate me or tell me I’m “just not there yet” with little constructive criticism. I’m exhausted, demeaned, and feeling hopeless. Is this common? Should I go?
Does your company offer an insurance payout to employees who opt out of your insurance plan and if so how much? We do, however we think it’s too low of an offering and would like to increase it. We want it to be logical from a financial standpoint.
Question - if an employee damages other employees car at company property, can you fire them.
Hi everyone I need an advice. I have received an offer letter for a company A, however it took a while for the contract to arrive and in the meantime I was still in the active process with company B. At the moment I a awaiting for B to make final decision about my application. When I received the offer I notified B about this opportunity. I have decided to decline the offer. If B is going to ask me why I decided to refuse A what should say? B asked me to update them with my decision with A offer
Help me find this spot pls: from a few years ago, mayyybe out of Brazil, for (I think) a snack food. It “encourages” parents to buy said food by reminding them that their kids will someday have the power to put them in a nursing home. And the kids are all like creepy little mafiosos. I loved it and want to watch it again.
Every company wants good employees until the employees challenge you to become better management!
I will be starting a new position in Jan as a HRBP for Amazon. Anyone who held the same or similar role can offer tips that would be appreciated! (This will be my first HR position)
Has anyone transitioned from direct sales to indirect (channel, solutions consulting, etc.)? I’m an Enterprise AM currently (6+ years of total closing experience in SaaS) but looking to make a change sometime in the next 18-24 months. Certainly expecting to sacrifice financial upside but growing tired of the grind.

What are your thoughts on the role org dev and OCM can play in police departments today? Has anyone heard about existing OCM consulting projects for police institutions? What do you think needs to happen to create lasting change?
Kudos to the firm who did Trump’s tax, which utilized all the tax code they could. Also a point, taxing the rich never work.
Hi, For upload on the Countdown to Accenture portal, I am unable to download the EPF passbook from the epfo portal. Is there any other way for that?

What sort of communications language/provisions do you have in your fee agreement? We currently do not have a bilingual paralegal (I’m bilingual in the relevant language). Our client intake form requests an email address and nearly everyone lists one. But then they call, leave vague messages, and refuse to respond to my email follow up cause they “don’t know email” or their account “isn’t getting my messages”.

Alright, so amidst all this GME/AMC/BB/DogeCoin craze is another stock I want to bring to your attention.
This is probably the only time you’ll see an Apple product go on sale. So $AAPL is heavily discounted right now. I’m definitely going to buy in once it dips down below $100. $AAPL is a great long term hold and won’t fluctuate like these other WallStreetBets/Meme stocks.
Hope you enjoy Apple pie, because now is your turn to get a slice! 🍎
