Who is brave right now? I’m feeling so uninspired I honestly just want to know. Not what is brave in the context of our time and place, but who is really brave?

Good day everyone,
I'm a recent grad who landed in Canada with a small dream of becoming a human resource professional and work in corporate sector.
I'm trying to land on a job from last 10 months, after applying to 100s of jobs, been on so many interviews I am still not getting anywhere.
I've started to loose all hopes!
It is my humble request to all experienced people, If anyone could guide me in right direction that would be highly appreciated.
If there are any shops in Chicago looking for an ACD AD, I’d very much appreciate getting my work in front of your eyeballs and taking you (Recruiter, CD and higher) out to lunch or coffee to talk.
Does anyone have any experience in solar panel sales? I live in MN and was recently reached out to by a company called Everlight, Just wanted to see if anyone has any insight! Thanks
How do you handle a toxic leader in dictatorship environment? A leader that cannot take feedback, but instead manipulate you and yell at you for not “knowing your audience”. Oh and the company is owned by himself and his wife.

I recently got a verbal offer to return to as an Account Executive at Indeed after leaving earlier this year for a start up company. I resigned last Friday after getting word that the offer should be in this week, however I received a Docusign with my relocation package outline that I signed off on. I got a call yesterday saying the offer was being retracted due to unforeseen hiring pauses. How/where do these communication breakdowns happen?
What are some small votes of confidence you might receive in a third round interview? Interviewed today and feel really good about how it went. Waiting for that offer!
Any tips on how to transition out of project management? At this point I’m so bored in my career. I’m looking at getting certifications to move fully into tech but otherwise feel stuck.

I'm getting tired of meeting working professional women. Every date I've gone on with them gives off this feeling of "I can do better than you" and they're right; in this world the staff making only $120k is peanuts. As much I'd like to have a partner who makes similar income, it's not worth the anxiety of knowing I was probably not their first choice.
Anyone been asked to sign an NDA for a case study during the interview process? If so, did you make any revisions to it? Or is there anything I should be aware of?

What's the best way to apologize to a coworker or colleague after snapping at them? I had a really rough day Monday and spoke in a harsher tone than I should have to my assistant, now I feel like she thinks she needs to walk on eggshells around me and she's been very quiet the last few days. It had nothing to do with her or her performance and I want to make sure she knows it won't happen again and that I was in the wrong. Tips?

Hi everyone, I need a suggestion on how to tackle 3 months of notice period as it is way to long, and the hiring company I guess won't wait for a fresher to join after 3 months.
I really want to quit the current company as too much work load and the CEO is rude to me.
Please 🙏 help me out
What’s a good, practical tax book to read for someone who knows nothing about taxes? I feel like I should familiarize myself with them but don’t know where to start/find the topic very overwhelming and dense even as a finance attorney. Welcome to other beginning finance book suggestions too! (Already read Kiyosaki and Ramsey)
I will work at a new agency next week. I couldn't meet the team in real life due to Covid/Distance but I spoke with them several times through Teams etc. I'm pretty confident that it will be a good experience but my exceptations and the reality could be very different.
When I'll be there, what are some team/agency red flags that would indicate I could potentially be in hell 😂 (or close)?
I have a rollover IRA, and my husband has a SIMPLE and traditional IRA. $20k balance total. I got a new job and we'll need to start doing backdoor Roths next year.
Should I do conversions with these three pretax IRAs this year to make the backdoor roth process easier next year? I'm not sure I understand the ratio calculation part, or whether the two accounts' statuses as rollover/SIMPLE makes any difference.
Any RBP companies in Philly or remote hiring?
