Need help evaluating a Strategy& offer:
Manager, $172k base, ~$30k signing bonus plus up to 55% bonus. Currently a manager at Accenture Strategy at $170k base and <10% annual bonus.

ATK - have you raised Manager + Senior Manager comp to reflect what MBB did? Asking because I know firms like Strategy& matched at the MBA level and but not above.

2.5 years consulting, 2.5 years PE Opps.
