Have interviewed many times with Amazon, reaching the later stages quite a few times. However, I personally feel that since they only stick to the Leadership principles format AND the loop interviewers are also almost always from a completely different background, talking to them to explain your work is generally a huge hassle and turns out to be extremely uninteresting.
