Is your organization planning to require employees be vaccinated? I understand why management wants this but concerned about losing good employees because they don’t believe in vaccination or are wanting to wait until more people have been vaccinated to see if there are issues with it. I’m also concerned with moral if we require this. Employees may get it to keep there job but hold on to some bitterness or develop anxiety over it. Am I being too soft or over analyzing?
What’s everyone’s take on unlimited PTO? Our agency is moving to this but I actually hate the concept/benefit. No one takes time off as it is and I think it allows for overworking and passive aggressive judgement.

My principals ALWAYS seem to visit my room as soon as I give my student(s) a break from their work or when they’ve finished early everything I had planned. They RARELY come in when I’m actually in the middle of making progress on a lesson. It makes me feel like I have to be defensive & justify why the students aren’t working.
