Hi friends, I am reading this book ‘radical cander’ and was wondering if you have Fav way/ example of receiving and giving tough feedback? Or have any stories about feedback that have stuck with you through your career.

I’ve been told my company is changing my title from Associate Director of BD to Sales Executive. I’m concerned it reads like a title demotion. Is it just semantics? How will this look for my career development? Curious about the standard perception of Sales Executive from a seniority perspective. Where does this land on the sales roles hierarchy? For context, it’s a professional services firm, I’ve been there 3+years, and they gave a Sales Executive title to someone who just started 5mo ago.

What's the average salary for a strategic planner w/ an MBA (Chi)? Def underpaid compared to market rate, but not sure how much a masters affects $$ for me to be able to negotiate further.

Seen many posts about "The Many", just wondering how many people actually like it there and how many of it is just vacancies from many people leaving.

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!

So I’m currently interviewing for another position, to be a business development specialist at a relatively large tech company in PA. I have about a years worth of experience. Indeed estimates the salary to be between 60k-80k, I was wondering what I should expect?

Would you leave your firm for a startup that pays more, almost no travel, and unlimited PTO? The downside being it is very small and not well known. Worth the risk?
