10 yrs experience, in Project Leader role in IT support. Earning 34L and managing a small team of folks but not sure how much will I excel as I’m a non programmer.

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job.
