Hi. Any idea about the salary at Chanel ?
Hi Fishes, I have offers from PwC(risk advisory) and IBM(app development). Thing is that the PwC joining is at Kolkata location but I don't want to go there and stay. There is not much difference between the offers in terms of package(10 & 10.4). Can I ask PwC to provide WFH or change my office location for this? Deloitte EY PwC KPMG

McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

If it’s within Deloitte, no. If this is an external opportunity, yes.
Without knowing more, it sounds like it's not worth it from a purely monetary standpoint. BUT if it's significantly less hours / much better lifestyle, that changes everything.
After taxes, seems like you’d see about $250-$300 more per paycheck.
Need more deets. I just put in my notice for 145k to 175k

What’s the salary trajectory at your new place versus current place?
I left Deloitte when I realized that it would take 4-5 years to earn $200K at Deloitte versus 1-2 years at LinkedIn.
If you’re going to get more than a $10k bump from a performance review then yes you should just stay.
How many years did you stick at Deloitte?
Realize this, 135-145 is not going to allow you to achieve your goals. Learning relevant skills and gaining positive experience will. If I had the choice between 90k and 145k but the 90k was going to allow me to do what I wanted in the future I would pick the 90k.
Wanna make more money, go into software sales. Otherwise, look long term and weigh your options based on what you want to accomplish.
I'd respectfully disagree. You never know where you'll learn more so if the roles are similar go with money
Eh seems a bit low.
