I don’t really feel like I say anything to my colleagues as non of them are mothers and I truly think if you’re not a parent you can’t get it (I didn’t). This shit is so hard. I only have one kid and I’m struggling deeply with how I see her for a total of an hour a day on week days since I went back to work. My career is important to me but missing her growing feels so cruel. How the f$&! do ppl so this? Please share your wisdom.

You’re doing great momma! ❤️ mother of 2 here- I’ve gone through and still have moments of going through these exact emotions but it gets easier - just gotta get out of your head with the doubt/guilt!
I struggled hard core when I went back to work. Working part time has saved me. If you’re lucky enough to do it- it’s a nice balance of working/career and still having the quality family time I was craving when I worked full time
Your kids won’t remember this don’t worry.
The exhaustion is real. You’ll get through it and so will the babies. But no it isn’t easy and it’s awkward and difficult to navigate in an office where few others have young children.
Oh no :( I feel your pain. My 6 month old is recovering from a cold and getting his first teeth. He’s had a fever for the last week (on and off) and has slept max 5 broken hours a night. Last night he was up screaming until after 2am... I feel like a shell of myself today. Fingers crossed both our babies are feeling better tonight so we can all get some much needed rest!
I feel your pain!
