I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies
I had interviewed with Deloitte UK consulting in June/July and was called by the HR team by the end of July that the interviews were positive and they're sending for approval for an offer to be rolled out. No, you could say something more professional and mature like you don't feel the org is growing for you to grow with it or whatever. But I wouldn't go all junior "I think layoffs are coming and I want a new job before they sack me". Or talk about how / why you want to work at this new shop more because of xyz. Sound more like a leader and less potentially desperate. People want to know you want to join them and why, not that you're simply running from a sinking ship.
