2022 - How are we becoming millionaires folks? What are legitimate (not MLM, drop-shipping, affiliate marketing, Facebook ads) ways to make money besides our primary incomes?

For me: It’s credit spread {options} trading. That is the only one single thing that has worked for me.

Good luck!

If you’ve been doing options and it’s been successful for you maybe start a course/class on strategies you’ve used.
Sharing this information is valuable.

I would absolutely love to, partly because I really want younger folks to learn. There are a lot of relatively “safe” ways to do options. Credit spreads are safer than puts and calls.

OP - what was the total time spent to make 10k? Do you trade daily or ??

Actually, it was 13 months. And, it took blood and sweat. I have now learned to do trades in the morning and close as needed.

I even queue up trades in off hours for the opening bell and monitor throughout the day.

But, the good news was that I only had 1 losing month. If I had $50-60k to mess with, I could have made much more.

2022 should be fun!

Let’s say you have two young, high income partners in a couple who want to buy a house together but don’t really care to get married. They already live together in an apartment but both want to move to a house to build equity and have a yard, not share walls, etc. Should one partner buy the house and the other pays rent until they get married, or should they get a mortgage together without being married? I realize there isn’t a “right” answer but I’m interested in people’s experiences here.

I think living a frugal life and aiming to retire early makes a lot of sense.

Recently, some of my family members are diagnosed with a rare diseases. When you look at the statistics, these are so many of these ‘rare’ conditions and cumulatively they are not rare.

These family members conditions made me reevaluate how I want to spend my life. I am 35 this year and I can’t decide if I should take great vacations with my kids or keep living a frugal life. Do you have the same dilemma?
