I think one of the main reason for ppl getting poor appraisals despite meeting all the work expectations is because of team structure in UBS. Pod owners are only focused on getting their work done, but when it comes to appraisal your LM has no clue on your contributions and doesnot care about your expectations. Things will only change when UBS dissolves this pod and crew framework
It's 3% bonus and 4% increment, pretty bad for same ratings last year

Why is an April 2025 joiner not eligible for a hike despite receiving good ratings?
Eligible if joined before July
But if they don't want to give you hike and split your share between team, they will tell you are not eligible
you can check the official document, it's written there and counter them

Why people with same ratings e.g. Objective- Good
and Behavior - Expected got different hike %? does it vary from project to project ? What factors are considered?

UBS won't give good hike on 48 as it is already on higher side of AD and promotions are also not easy especially for new joiners. Is there any other option than job change?

It's not that you are not eligible, you have recently joined ubs with good salary hike, so they won't give hike this time
Basically that's how people have normalised here
