With 3years expierence in sap consulting mm/ sd 5 years as a key User in a DAX Company and a M.Sc. in IT Mamagement. I'm thining about apply for a job at the SAP directly or going into a supply chain role. My goal is a good work life Balance, traveling at least 1 time a Month international and a salary of about 85k. Any Suggestion?

Hi Fishes, I have got an offer letter from cognizant which is having the compensation of 10.2LPA. Now I have got another offer from LTI and the compensation is 11LPA. But I need to join COGNIZANT. Curious to hear collective thoughts on a salary increase for an employee. 2 years of experience and looking for a raise of almost 10K and has only been with the company for a year. On one had the employee has been instrumental in keeping business afloat during the pandemic and was awarded a 15% bonus at the end of last year. Applied to 400 jobs with an automated job robot plugin and went from unemployed to 150k salary in 7 days of using it. I don’t feel bad. The system sucks and uses ats so why can’t we automate? I was watching Netflix while the bot sent out 150 apps a day. I only worried about scheduling my own interviews. There are people proud at sending out 10 apps a day. I used to be that person.

I’m not really good at confrontation or doing anything to rock the boat, but I scheduled a call with a supervisor to go over compensation and I asked for a 20% raise today! They announce raises in March, so I’m not sure whether I’ll get it all, but I feel good for taking initiative and asking for it, rather than waiting to see what they give me. I’ve been at the same salary since I started in Oct ‘20 without even market adjustments and my supervisor said she’ll advocate for a good raise 🙌🏽
