Hi folks , need a suggestion . Is it worth to switch from Thoughtworks now to companies like Infosys , HCL . I have not got any offer. I want to switch from here . But is it ok to switch with in these or I should stay in TW itself instead of these typical service companies . What is your suggestion .

I’ve been with firms for 6 years. I struggle (not that I’m not intellectually capable of doing this job), I just hate the detail oriented nature of this industry. Everything gets scrutinized so carefully and most things I stayed up late for doesn’t matter.

I just got PIP talk and they are pushing me out next year. I’m kinda relieved. I want to leave law completely and be someone on the operation side. Eventually I want to be an COO.

How do I alleviate knee pain in my back knee while doing lunges? Woke up this morning and tried to do yoga but in moving from downward dog to crescent with my left foot forward, my right knee started twinging badly enough to stop moving. I’m early 20s, healthy with no injuries but generally have issues with stuff like jump lunges. The knee feels fine while just standing, it’s when it’s locked out with weight on it that it hurts.

I’m looking for a good body weight and exercise app. Something that will pretty much plan it out for me. I’v started running again for cardio.
