If your end goal is to own a P&L then stay unless you hate the people
Pick which ever gets you closest to your goals more quickly. You already left once, and you're interested in P&L. so it seems like youre not set on partner track. I think staying in industry is the better bet 2 years from now, you probably won't be able to be as close to managing a P&L if you joined BCG. You'd be hunting for an exit that would let you manage a P&L after 2 years.

What other elements would you like us to analyze? Are you currently at a Fortune 10 company? Do you get stock at this company? I think comp has a big part in this, especially if you’re choosing a B in MBB. WLB will plummet so being paid well would help.
Take the offer and leave for P&L
If you want to do consulting, go with BCG. If you want to own a P&L in industry, stay.
