Op1: One of the FAANG, known for "bad-wlb" and "hire-&-fire", 51 LPA

Op2: Retained in the service based analytics firm. Good WLB. 35 LPA + L1B for 1.5 - 3 yrs (pay between 135K - 155K in NJ) + Wife can also work in US. Concerns: a) losing edge due to low-tech work b) stuck with company due to L1B c) add consulting responsibilities (I can do but don't enjoy).

Priority: Savings > WLB > Tech skills (enjoy solving tech challenges)

Better op? Am I getting low-balled?

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help.
