Just secured a job interview with Google (head of operational effectiveness)... any guidance on how I can best prepare for the interviews? Are there legit prep material out there (other than Google's career page/YouTube videos)? Has been 12 years since I last interviewed...

Hearing a lot about a recession happening at EOY. I am currently at Dell and have only been there for 7 months amd hate it. Had final interviews with Meta and Amazon this week. Would it be smart to move to either of these companies knowing a recession is coming?

I’m in big law and on the cusp of making the jump to in-house. It sounds like the company I just interviewed with is getting ready to make me an offer. It’s definitely going to be a pay cut coming from big law but I do get some nice equity in the company. Is the jump worth it? I’m so burnt out by big law and this seems like an awesome opportunity to help shape a newish company. Any tips on how to figure out if this is the right move for me?

I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion?
