A recruiter wants to present me to an agency. But, I already know the ECD. Can she even present me to someone I already know. Should I just reach out to him on my own? I know there’s rules to this shit but I don’t know what they are.

This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I don't do well with panel interviews and I'm hoping they look past that and check my references.

Hi Guys, I came on a previsit and joined and then returned back to my Home Town but while signing the contract i saw that if you leave the company withing 2 year you have to pay entire relocation cost back.

1. My initial offer letter didnt have these clause mentioned.
2. Is Pre-Visit considered as a part of relocation, I came because they denied virtual onboarding .
