Are there any good paying weekend research/lab jobs in Austin Texas? Because I’m getting $23/hr as a research coordinator and know for a fact I’m being under paid lol all because I am “new to research” yet I have a bachelors is biology and have done research projects in school and have plenty of other work experience…. Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far.
