Plane should have wifi unless there's a maintenance issue with it. AA hasn't been bothered to equip hundreds of planes in its fleet with power yet. This is why I carry a battery pack, even if the plane is supposed to have power.

I have Amex points on corp card and need to buy a long haul flight. It looks like it’s best to use them by booking travel through Amex but I’m confused about the bit that says I’ll get a statement credit when I pay with points. Does that mean I’ll then have to spend more on the card to get rid of the credit?

Potential agency boomerang having a hard time making a decision to stay brand-side or go back. Need some advice!
